We’re a tight-knit collective of filmmakers, creators, editors, musicians, tinkerers, gearheads, problem solvers, and innovators. We are passionate about creating beautiful images, telling emotional stories while making new friends and partners along the way. Highline was founded in New York city, and has since expanded to Los Angeles, California.

Our Story
Long before it was a Manhattan tourist attraction, the High Line was just an old railroad — a gritty, raw, ribbon of aging steel suspended above Chelsea, emblematic of the neighborhood’s history as a center of industry. It’s this High Line that inspired our name.
We opened our first office above the rails on 23rd Street in 2004, and like the High Line, we’ve evolved quite a bit since then. We’ve moved to Los Angeles and have the rare advantage of understanding east coast and west coast mentalities equally well. We’ve expanded our offerings, honed our skills, grown our network of world-class creators and have seen countless projects through from kickoff to completion.

I started Highline Studios to help improve the offering of video production services to the B2B world. Just because it’s B2B doesn’t mean it can’t be sexy. To me, a cleanroom, warehouse, or factory floor can be just as visually compelling as anything you’d see in a high-end car commercial. That’s where we began—helping B2B companies turn their complex ideas into stories that resonate with their audience. Today, we remain focused on helping brands of all shapes and sizes across various industries communicate with bold visual impact. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, let us help you tell your story.
