Highline Studios produced a customer case study video for Flexe at Hollingsworth, a privately held, minority-owned third-party logistics operator. We filmed inside a working warehouse — forward-deployed inventory moving from racks to outbound trailers — and interviewed Hollingsworth’s VP of Sales on how the rapid replenishment program restocks a large home and garden retailer’s stores in as little as 24 hours.

Shooting Inventory in Motion
The story here is a supply chain problem that doesn’t photograph well: warehouse space and labor are both expensive and hard to find, and a retailer that runs out of a fast-moving SKU loses the sale. Our job was to make that visible.
We built the piece around Hollingsworth’s VP of Sales and shot everything else as evidence for what he says. Fast-moving inventory from a range of vendors arrives at the Hollingsworth facility and sits forward-deployed, close to the stores that will need it — so we filmed the racks, the pick, the load, and the trailers pulling out. The retailer, a large home and garden chain, restocks in as little as 24 hours.
Two details we made sure to land: new floor staff learn the Flexe system in under an hour, and because Hollingsworth and Flexe were already working together, the program mobilized in 30 days. Neither dramatizes well, so we let the interview carry them and cut to the floor.
We shot on location with a small crew, added drone for the exterior yard and trailer moves, and kept the grade neutral — a warehouse should look like a warehouse.
